This Returns and Cancellations Policy applies to all digital products, including data sets and PDF reports, purchased directly from Keyvan Havacılık A.Ş. (“Keyvan”). This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or credits may be issued and the process for requesting them.
- Returns and Cancellations for Digital Products
2.1 Refund Eligibility
All sales of digital products, including data sets and PDF reports, made by Keyvan Havacılık A.Ş. (“Keyvan”) are final upon completion of the download or access of the purchased product. No refunds shall be provided for a change of mind or incorrect purchases once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
Refunds or replacements may be granted solely in cases where the digital product is found to be defective or incomplete. The Customer must report any such defects or incompleteness within seven (7) days of purchase to navdb@keyvan.aero. Requests must include detailed information regarding the issue encountered.
2.2 Exceptional Cases
In the event that a digital product is verified to be defective or incomplete, Keyvan will, at its sole discretion, provide either a replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price. The decision to provide a replacement or refund shall be made by Keyvan based on the specific circumstances of the defect or incompleteness reported.
2.3 Cancellation Policy
The Customer may cancel an order and request a refund provided that the digital product has not yet been accessed or downloaded. Any such cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to navdb@keyvan.aero.
Once the Customer has accessed or downloaded the digital product, the sale shall be deemed final, and no refunds or cancellations will be permitted.
All refunds are subject to administrative approval. Keyvan Havacılık A.Ş. (“Keyvan”) reserves the right to review and approve any refund requests based on the specific circumstances of each case.
